Within 1 month to 6 Months After Your UTK® Training System Session.

To get the highest return on investment in an Untie the Knots® Training Systems program, we strongly recommend that you support your chosen training system program with one of our ongoing training systems follow-up programs and support visits. Studies have shown repeatedly that providing employee training without adequate follow-up has a limited effect on workforce performance improvement and achieving set organizational goals. 

Our Untie the Knots® Training Systems Follow-Up Program is designed to come into play several weeks or months after your training to allow us to monitor and touch base with the persons trained. We use follow-up tools, meetings, emails and telephone calls to assess participant satisfaction, and learn whether or not they are effectively using the principles, strategies and process model they were trained to use.

  • Help maintain motivation, competence and confidence for improvement through support and guidance
  • Reinforce knowledge and skills learned from the training system program
  • Identify and resolve problems or challenges that limit application of the training strategies
  • Monitor performance of the strategies and ensure accurate implementation of taught principles and quality of services

Follow-up may also consist of a review of the Needs Assessment questions and/or Refresher Training. Review of the Needs Assessment questions helps to determine if participants believe their skills have improved and if they are in need of more advanced training. Refresher Training provides opportunities for trainees to be re-inspired, review and practice skills, review their roles and responsibilities, and recommit to using the materials and strategies from the Initial Training to achieve optimal results.

Through our Untie the Knots® Training Systems Follow-up Program we ensure that your employees improve their performance and your organization receives a definite return on its investment. Our follow-up programs notate areas of excellence and improvement, and records key knowledge/skills gaps identified during the follow-up discussions, quizzes, refresher trainings or visits. All discovered gaps will be discussed with trainees and their supervisors, and we will jointly identify specific organizational strategies for addressing the gaps.

NOTE: Each training system can come with a follow-up meeting or conference call, and can be customized specifically for your industry for an additional investment. Many of our training system programs have additional learning tools and resources that you can use for follow-up and continual learning after your session.
